He studied at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil and the Technical University of Munich, Germany. He also holds certifications from INSEAD and the Emeritus Institute of Management.

Dane has 25+years working in both public and private safety sectors. Prior to Prosegur, Dane led safety and security training of a 70,000 person corporation and served as an Infantry Officer in the US Marine Corps.
